The implementation of the development plans of our company ensures the smooth coordination of projects from design to opening.

From the beginning we help our client in the procurement documentation, licensing and construction plan making process. The documentations (licensing and construction) are controlled in order to review the investor’s professional interests. (for example: energy rationalization, service structure – definition of required premises and services, etc …)

After the selection of the general contractor, we represent the owner during the cooperations with active involvement and personal participation. In doing so, we keep in touch with the stakeholders involved in the implementation of the project, such as designers, contractors and partners.

During the construction and the preparation for opening, we continuously provide assistance, taking into consideration the criteria of economic and flexible operation. In addition we make creative proposals to solve the marketing tasks of the opening of the planned complex, and in case of order we assist during carrying out these tasks.
